Greenfield takes the responsibility to provide you with a healthy, true to name plant. Greenfield's staff will do our utmost to help you with your decision and provide the information needed for you to successfully plant and begin to care for your purchase.

Beyond our care and control, it becomes your responsibility to timely plant, correctly plant, and maintain your plant purchases. Please read the planting instructions available at the time of purchase or on our website. If you have concerns about your plant; call us, send us photos, we will troubleshoot and advise as best we can.

Greenfield Guarantees our retail priced shrubs and trees, only if installed by Greenfield’s team and adequately maintained by the customer, for one year from the date of purchase. If your Greenfield planted shrub or tree should fail within the one-year time period, we ask that you bring the failed plant back with the purchase receipt for a one-time replacement or store credit. Store credit will only be issued for cost of plant. Greenfield does not offer a guarantee on Annuals, Roses, Perennials, Ornamental Grasses, Tropical Plants and Houseplants, and non-hardy (Zone 6 or higher**) shrubs and trees. The guarantee does not cover plant material damaged by wildlife while in the care of the customer.

Greenfield will accept returns for store credit within 48 hours of your purchase, provided that the plant is accompanied with your receipt and is in the same original condition from the time of purchase.

** Shrubs and trees that are considered to be Zone 6 or higher include, but are not limited to, the following plants; Lagerstroemia, Photinia x fraseri, Prunus laurocerasus, Nandina, and Magnolia grandiflora.
