Fun, unique flowers dance above mounds of fine green foliage from June until frost. The blooms feature long, prominent cones that give way to wide, reflexed petals in shades of deep reddish-brown, orange, and yellow. This plant is by seed, so there will be variation in the red/yellow ratio in the flowers. A native prairie plant, this dwarf variety of the species performs exceptionally well in hot and dry conditions.

Good for stabilizing embankments or for hard-to-cover areas with poorer soils or for wild parts of native plant gardens or naturalized areas. Informal hedges. 

Rudbeckia shows no signs of the fungus even in wet, humid conditions. A dome-like habit of golden yellow flowers with black centers are produced heavily!

An upright, clump-forming, free-blooming coneflower which typically grows to 3' tall, often forming colonies in the wild. Features daisy-like flowers with yellow rays and brownish-purple center disks. 

For you Black-eyed-Susan lovers, this day length neutral sport of R. 'Goldsturm' starts blooming earlier and continues to bloom longer through the season.

And now for something completely different in a Black-Eyed-Susan…  This features unique flowers with yellow tubular petals surrounding the brown cone, all over lush green foliage.

Bright, daisy-like, golden yellow flowers with brownish-purple centers. Sturdy, compact, upright habit which makes it a wonderful bedding plant for mixed borders and wildflower gardens. Very drought tolerant.

Loads of color for the late season garden. Blackjack Gold has proven to be hardier andlonger blooming than the straight species. Gold daisies with dark cones on sturdy well-branched plants.
