A favorite of beneficial pollinators, Red Gems deliver carefree crimson color and a lemony fragrance to beds, borders and containers from early summer to frost. Flowers and leaves are edible.

Peppermint is a perennial mint with coarsely serrated leaves which can reach more than 2 inches (5 cm) in length. The stems are square and can be from green to reddish in color. The flowers are pink to red, form in the leaf axils of the upper leaves and are placed in whorls of loose spikes.

This spearmint has captured our hearts with a large leaf on a robust plant that is the basis for that little ole southern drink, the Mint Julep. Kentucky Colonel Spearmint can be used in any recipe calling for spearmint, including mint sauce and mint jelly.

This culinary herb, a native to Cuba, was previously impossible to get in North America but thanks to Toronto mojito enthusiast Catherine Nasmith who visited Cuba in 2006, we now have the authentic plant from Cuba. Not just great in beverages, Mojito Mint also makes a great seasoning for meats and confections.
