Wholesale orders are processed and acquired at our Maineville nursery. Landscapers with an account may also acquire plants at our Anderson Township location on Clough Pike. Larger orders should be called in to our Maineville location using the phone number below and can be picked up at either site.

Changes to Wholesale at Our Anderson Location
For your convenience, wholesale customers may still purchase plant material from our Anderson location. Wholesale purchasing from our Anderson location will now be handled at the regular check out and a 20% discount will be applied. If you have a larger order where you want your wholesale price level applied, please preorder through the main wholesale sales phone number. All orders purchased out of the retail stock at Anderson are cash and carry on the day of purchase even if you have terms with us. Cash, Check and Charge will be accepted. To get true wholesale pricing or to purchase on terms, orders must be place with the wholesale department at Maineville and the plant material will be shipped to our Anderson store on the next available truck.

Ordering Information
The weekly availability list highlighting plants in bloom can be faxed or emailed upon request. Many items are available in limited quantities. Contact us for information regarding these varieties. Ordering is best accomplished by ordering off the weekly availability. You may submit a list of requests and we will then respond with availability and pricing.

New Account Information
To set up a wholesale account, the following requirements must be met:
- Provide a copy of a Landscape Installation Certificate or a Nursery Dealers License.
- Company name and address verification – business card, business check or business letterhead.
- To qualify for tax exemption, a copy of an Exemption Certificate must be on file with Greenfield Plant Farm. Click here for Ohio Certificate (Adobe Acrobat format).
Beginning in 2011 we have established one price level for all active wholesale customers (Level 2). To be an active wholesale customer (Level 2) you would have purchased at least $500 in the previous year or accumulated that amount in the current year. We evaluated our pricing and offer the lowest price we can for any purchase you make and for any quantity needed. For inactive wholesale accounts (Level 1)you can receive 20% off the retail price at either of our locations for any product on site.
Terms and Conditions
All transactions are COD (cash on delivery). Applications may be submitted to qualify for Net 30 terms. These terms require payment within 30 days of purchase. If payment is not received in this time period, a 1.5% finance charge is applied monthly to the outstanding balance (18% APR). After 60 days, non-payment will result in reversion to COD status. Net 30 payments must be made by check and will not be transferred to a credit card.
Guarantee
All stock is guaranteed true to name and in healthy condition at time of shipment. All claims must be made within five days of receipt of stock. Our liability shall in no case extend beyond the replacement of stock or amount of purchase price.
Hardiness
All plants offered on our list are winter-hardy and are USDA Zone 6, unless otherwise noted.
Delivery
Deliveries within 40 miles of our Maineville nursery on orders of $500 or more will be charged a minimum $49.00 delivery fee. Call for other rates. We are happy to accommodate both large and small orders. Terms may be subject to change.
Nomenclature
We have used the “Naamlijst van vaste planten” as our primary resource as accepted by the PPA. We do use English translations of cultivars, contrary to official nomenclature rules.
